The personal data we collect will be used for the following necessary purposes related to the service you request: Confirming your identity; Verifying the information you provide to us; Providing our services and/or products; and generating Digital Fiscal Invoices (CFDI).
Additionally, we use your personal information for the following purposes that are not necessary for the requested service but allow us to provide better attention: Notifying you about new services or products related to those you have already contracted or acquired, as well as changes to them; Conducting studies and programs necessary to determine consumption habits; Conducting periodic evaluations of our products and services; and Taking photographs, video or written testimonials, and video recordings.
If you do not want your personal data to be used for these purposes, please send an email to nelly@nellyarocha.com. Your refusal to allow the use of your personal data for these purposes will not be a reason for us to deny the services and products you request or contract with us. If you do not express your refusal, it will be understood that you authorize the use of your personal information for these purposes.
WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE USE FOR THE PREVIOUS PURPOSES?
To carry out the purposes described in this privacy notice, we will use the following personal data:
- Name, Federal Taxpayer Number (RFC), fiscal address, cellphone number and/or contact number, email address.
- Photographs, video or written testimonials, image, and voice in the case of events, conferences, workshops, and/or courses.
Some of this data may be considered sensitive in certain contexts.
WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We inform you that we do not transfer personal data, and if it is necessary to do so for the services provided, we will request explicit consent from the data owner.
HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE YOUR ARCO RIGHTS OR REVOKE YOUR CONSENT?
You have the right to access, rectify, cancel, or oppose the processing of your personal data that we have in our records and files or revoke your consent for their use. To do so, you can submit your request via email to nelly@nellyarocha.com.
Your request must contain at least the following information: (i) Your name or that of your representative, address, or other means to communicate the response; (ii) Documents that prove your identity or, if applicable, that of your representative; (iii) A clear and precise description of the personal data for which you seek to exercise your rights; and (iv) Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data.
You must also prove your identity through a current official identification or, if you submit your request through a representative, through a public instrument, a power of attorney signed before two witnesses, or a personal appearance by the data owner.
We commit to respond to your request within a maximum period of 20 business days from the day we receive it. If you request access to your personal data, their reproduction will be carried out through simple copies or electronic files. If you request your right to rectification, your request must be accompanied by the documentation that supports the origin of the request.
